The tour was due to conclude with two nights at the 7,000 capacity Grand Hall at London’s Olympia on December 4 and 5, before a whole run of shows – also including Jamie T and Royal Blood – had to be moved or cancelled due to “unforeseen planning issues” at the venue.

Now, Interpol have announced a more intimate replacement show, playing just the one date at the 3,800-capacity British Airways Arc at Olympia on Friday December 4.

They will be playing without Bloc Party.

Tickets to the new date will be available via pre-sale on 9am on Thursday November 5 before going on general sale on Friday November 6 at 9am. Visit here for tickets and more information.

In a four-and-a-half star review of ‘This Mirror Weighs A Tonne’, NME hailed it as “the whole journey of Interpol’s sonic past, present and future laid out, marking their most unified yet experimental effort in years and arguably their most consistent and satisfying since ‘Antics’.”.

Falando com a NME sobre o novo álbum, o vocalista Paul Banks disse que a vibração de rock de alta energia surgiu como reação ao álbum anterior ‘The Other Side Of Make-Believe’, que foi escrito em isolamento durante a pandemia.

The remainder of Interpol and Bloc Party’s 2026 jointEuropean and UK tour dates are.

NOVEMBER 10 – Copenhagen, Royal Arena 11 – Berlin, Uber Arena 12 – Hamburg, Barclays Arena 14 – Düsseldorf, PSD Bank Dome 16 – Paris, Le Zenith 17 – Amsterdam, AFAS Live 18 – Brussels, Forest National 20 – Birmingham, Utilita Arena 21 – Cardiff, Utilita Arena 23 – Manchester, Aviva Studios 24 – Manchester, Aviva Studios 26 – Brighton, Brighton Centre 27 – Brighton, Brighton Centre 28 – Sheffield, Utilita Arena 30 – Dublin, 3Arena.

Meanwhile, Banks has shared that he’s also readying an album with a new band he formed with Liars’ Aaron Hemphill in his new home of Berlin.
