Announced back in 2024, Fleetwood Mac: The Chain is the “definitive” chronicle of the legendary band. “From director Frank Marshall, this Apple Original Films documentary will take you on the epic journey of the generation-defining Fleetwood Mac.”.

Apple also confirmed that the documentary will consist of new interviews with the band’s surviving members, never-before-seen footage, and archival interviews with the late Christine McVie.

It’s now been announced that Fleetwood Mac: The Chain will be premiering on Apple TV on January 29, 2027. Check out the first-look teaser below.

Fleetwood Mac: The Chain vai “explorar como as provações e tribulações da banda, a resiliência pessoal e a destreza musical se combinaram para criar músicas que resistiram ao teste do tempo e são obras-primas duradouras,” disse a Apple.

Speaking about the documentary earlier this year, Buckingham said the process of making it had been “a very circular healing process for all of us.” The musician went on to dodge a question about a possible tour, instead saying the “most important thing” was the fact he and Nicks had reconciled.
