During an appearance on TODAY With Jenna & Sheinelle on Thursday (Aug. 20), Bunnie opened about about life following her divorce from country sensation Jelly Roll, and she made it abundantly clear that she is having lots of fun so far.

Cohosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones even acknowledged the playful name Bunnie has given this new period of her life: “Baddie Bunnie Summer.” The 46-year-old was more than happy to explain what that meant, and reminisced briefly on the split.

Bunnie added that she never expected the divorce to be a good thing.

Moreover, her newfound single status has not gone unnoticed. Bunnie shared that her DMs have been flooded with potential suitors.

Beneath the jokes, though, the entrepreneur said her experience has also taught her an important lesson about putting herself first.

For Bunnie, the silver lining has been realizing that even after a difficult time, there can still be something exciting waiting on the other side.

And Bunnie’s next chapter may include motherhood. When asked whether she still wants to have a child, as she previously discussed on her podcast Dumb Blonde, she confirmed that she does.
